Why do I see only a red rectangle?
A red area means that PTViewer is unable to find the panorama image.

If it worked on your own PC, but doesn't work on the website: check the
case (upper case vs lower case) of the file name. Windows doesn't care about
this, but UNIX webservers distinguish between (e.g.) .jpg and .JPG

The web server's error log will usually tell you what file PTViewer is
looking for.
