This happens if you use a newer version of PTStitcher with an old 
version of pano12.dll. Make sure that you only have one copy of 
pano12.dll in your \windows\system32 directory and no other 
pano12.dlls in other directories such as \windows, \windows\system.

Make sure that this pano12.dll is the same version as the Panorama 
Tools helper applications (PTStitcher).
