| PTStitcher 2.5 is 'smart' in the sense that it doesn't stitch the parts of images that are obscured by other images. However, in some cases this is undesirable behaviour, for example if you use Photoshop to afterwards modify the seams between images so that the obscured part of an image becomes visible.
The solution is to create a 'Photoshop without masks' file. In contrast to what you would expect this does include masks; only the 'feather' parameter is ignored.
